تعاني المؤسسات العربية عموما من صعوبات، كونها تشتغل في محيط متخلف يعاني من عدة مشاكل محيطية معقدة و متراكمة.
و لكون المنظمات عبارة عن أنساق مفتوحة على محيطها، فإن ذلك يؤثر على أداء المؤسسات مما يساهم في تعقيد مشاكلها و صعوبات إدارتها.
إن معالجة ذلك يتطلب إجراءات و تدخلات إدارية متمثلة في التغير التنظيمي، الذي يمكن استعماله كمنهج لمعالجة صعوبات المؤسسات و المساهمة في تطوير أدائها.
و هو ما نحاول التطرق إليه من خلال التعرف على العوامل المحيطية المؤثرة على المؤسسات، و الصعوبات التنظيمية الناتجة عن تفاعلها معها.
كما نتطرق إلى كيفية استغلال التغيير التنظيمي كأداة منهجية للرفع من فعالية أداء المؤسسات و معالجة المشاكل البشرية التي تعاني منها
Abstract EN
In Arab countries in general, we see that production and service organizations operate in a changing environment, political, economic and socio-cultural.
This creates management and production problems for them.
This requires the use of organizational change techniques, which can be used as a means of intervention to address the inadequacies of organizations and contribute to the development of their performance.
Through this communication, we try to identify environmental changes that affect businesses.
As well as organizational change techniques that can be used as a means of remedying the consequences of environmental change.
