The study aims to reveal the contribution of municipal-owned enterprises to the provision of funding for the municipal budget through the good management of municipal finances so that the municipality can meet its mandatory expenses to meet the requirements imposed on it by legislation and regulation.

the study concluded that fiscal resources were an important resource in financing the municipal budget, and revenues from the activities of municipal-owned enterprises could generate additional resources for the municipality to help them drive development at the local level.
