Moroccan Amazigh poetry has known in recent decades a great dynamism and an unprecedented movement characterized by the emergence of poets who preached renewal and hinted at an experience that is intended to be involved in the context of modernization, which is related in Amazigh poetry to the transition from verbal or written, because the act of writing goes beyond the verbal to the written.

The local heritage indicates that it is a revolutionary act for the structures of Amazigh culture.

This paper comes to discuss an important aspect of its modernist artistic components, both formal and content, based on the poetry collection "Observations on Human Rights" by Belaid Boudress.

It has been shown that this new pattern contributes to erasing the negative image of the folklore of Amazigh poetry, and refutes the idea of dividing creative works into “centralism” which it deals with as a model and role model, and other “marginal” ones that are dealt with, due to the cultural neglect that is still prevalent.

And celebration and folklore, which resulted in the "drain" of local creativity, its siege and neglect.
