The present study aims to deal with the important aspects of inflation by suggesting a policy that can help local policy-makers to curb inflation efficiently.

The study concluded that inflation in Algeria is highly affected by the repercussions of the countries' policies, which in turn requires the local policy-makers to adopt the right policies.
