The focus of the research revolves around the subject of imitation according to fundamentalists and jurists, and the extent of its importance and consideration in taking into account the conditions of people, with a view to the controls of imitation, and when it is legally acceptable when it becomes.

The Jordanian Ifta Department had a distinguished approach in this field by extrapolating its fatwas, which adopt the Imam Shafi'i doctrine as a basis and a starting point for the fatwa, and does not mean a complete imitation of the jurisprudence of the Shafi'i jurists, but rather the department had a clear vision in the way to benefit from the jurisprudential schoolsWith respectable legal controls, such as removing embarrassment or hardship, or achieving an apparent interest and the like, through legitimate purposes and jurisprudential rules, taking into account the evidencs, not by whims and desires, and following licenses and fabrications.
