Abstract EN

Al- Muhaddith*, the reciter and the traditionist Abd Al-Baqi Ibn Abd Al-Baqi Al-Hanbali wrote a treatise on the interpretation of the Almighty Allah's's saying: {Those Messengers! We preferred some of them to others……}Surah 2 Al-Baqarah (253).

He intentionally dedicated it to the judge of Al-Sham Rahmatullah Afandi.

This verse is characterized by stating an important creed issues: - In his interpretation, the author, may Allah have mercy on him, followed the method of rational interpretation (Tafseer ) based on the correct proof, and took care of explaining the appropriateness of the verse to what preceded it, clarifying the syntactic aspects contained therein, discussing the correct ones, clarifying the meaning of the words of the verse, and quoting the recitations contained in it, and the sayings that were numerous in the meaning of the noble verse, taking care by highlighting the status and merit of the Messenger of Allah ( Mohammad), peace be upon him, among the prophets, and the position of the prophets and the greatness of their esteem in the sight of Allah Almighty, especially Moses and Jesus, peace be upon them both, because of the proximity of their people to prophet Mohammad, and the consolation in their news to the Messenger of Allah, peace be upon him.
