Abstract EN

The study sought to use Metaverse techniques from the point of view of Arab and foreign newspapers, depending on the survey method using the content analysis method on a sample of Arab and foreign newspapers represented in: The Emirati newspaper Al Bayan, the Egyptian newspaper Youm7, the American Washington Post newspaper, and the British Times, and the study concluded:
- The study emphasized the importance of applying Metaverse techniques in several fields such as education, marketing, and media, as these techniques can contribute to the development of media and influence the form and content of media messages.

- The results indicated that the Metaverse techniques have not been activated as required within the Arab Republic of Egypt, and Egypt is in studying its advantages and risks before starting to use it, which was clarified by the Egyptian newspaper Youm7, while the United Arab Emirates and the United States of America came as the most countries that took steps Serious in applying Metaverse in the fields of media, communication and all other fields.

- “Development of communication systems between individuals with high speed and quality, and the development of electronic games” came in the first place on the topics that Arab and foreign newspapers focused on by 12.2% , then “expected disadvantages of using Metaverse and their confrontations” by 11.2% , then “Using Metaverse for marketing purposes” by 10.7% , followed by “predicting the future of what communication will be” and “developing media systems” with 10.2% .

- The study proposed vision that can be activated to make full use of Metaverse techniques in developing media systems in Eygpt.
