The current study aimed to identify how the (opinion Articles) addressed the Corona crisis in Al-Ahram newspaper as a national newspaper
To achieve several objectives including To identify the types of discourse used to address the Corona crisis, and monitoring the most important theses, and strategies on which the article was based on the issue of the study.

In addition to identifying the most important actors that appeared in the study paper, their characteristics and the most important roles attributed to them, comparing the reference frameworks on which the study paper was based,
Methodology:  The study belongs to the descriptive studies that seek to reveal the structure of the press discourse towards the Corona Crisis.

The study used the media survey methodology.

Study Sample:  Study Sample:  A selection of national newspapers (Al-Ahram) has been selected, to conduct the analytical study using the comprehensive inventory method in all issues issued by (Al Ahram) during the 2022 time.

the number of articles was (80)
Results:  The study found several results, including:
1 - The most important features of the public discourse of the articles of opinion adopted a specific proposal, and trying to defend it, and the narrative of the arguments and theses supporting him, refutation, and criticism of anti-thesis, drawing the image of the desired future, or reality hoped by the article, to provide a reading and analysis of events that occurred during the corona crisis.

2 - The nature of the speech product and its characteristics, the elite of the article in the Egyptian newspapers reflected the form and content of the speech presented.

3 - The analysis of the speech revealed the emergence of several actors in the discourse of opinion articles and the different roles attributed between positive and negative.

4 - The results of the study revealed the adoption of the Egyptian newspapers on the paths of logical reasoning in addressing the Corona crisis through the analysis of opinion articles, which indicates the objectivity of Al-Ahram newspaper in presenting the dimensions of the case study in return for the lack of reliance on the paths of illogical proof, The level of the study paper
