The Algerian legislator had to reconcile environmental rights with the purpose of sustainable development, and to reveal the mutual influence between them, in order to achieve a balance between the requirements of economic growth and rational exploitation of the environment on the one hand, and on the other hand, to preserve the rights of future generations.
