تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة طبيعة علاقة الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري بحجم الاستثمار الكلي المعبر عنه بالتراكم الإجمالي لرأس المال الثابت و مدى تأثيره عليه، حيث أثبتت الدراسة باستخدام المنهج القياسي و بتوظيف نموذج تصحيح الخطأ على وجود علاقة إيجابية بينهما، فإذا زاد الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري بوحدة واحدة زاد الاستثمار الكلي ب 0.02 وحدة، هذا ما يفسر أن الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري يؤثر في الاستثمار الكلي على المدى الطويل، كما أثبتت الدراسة أيضا أن الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري يعبر ما نسبته 29.73% من التغير في الاستثمار الكلي و ما تبقى تعبر عنه معاملات أخرى هذا ما يبين أن الإنفاق الحكومي الاستثماري وحده غير كافي لزيادة حجم الاستثمار الكلي

This study aims to know the nature of the relationship of government investment spending with the total investment volume expressed by the total accumulation of fixed capital and its impact on it.
where the study proved using the standard method and employing a error correction model on the existence of a positive relationship between them, if government investment spending increases one unit investment increased total investment by 0.02 one, this explains that government investment spending affects total investment in the long run, as the study also demonstrated that government investment spending reflects 29.73% of the change in total investment and the remainder expressed in other transactions have not been incorporated and this is what such as investing explains that government investment spending alone is not enough to increase the size of the total investment.
