اجتهد المعجميون المحدثون في وضع تصنيفات للتعريفات في القواميس، إلا أن المطلع على الدراسات النظرية ليلحظ ارتباكا كبيرا في تقسيماتها، و يظهر أكثر عند محاولة تطبيق أحد هذه التصنيفات على القواميس، نحاول في هذا المقال عرض بعض المحاولات و نقدها و إظهار موضع الخلل فيها، ثم اقتراح تصنيف بديل و متكامل مبني على الدراسات السابقة، مع توضيحه بأمثلة من القواميس.
Abstract EN
Modern lexicographers attempt to make a typology of lexicographic definitions in language dictionaries, but we find great confusion in these typologies, and this becomes more apparent when one tries to apply one of these typologies to dictionaries.
in this article we propose a typology based on previous studies, with examples from dictionaries.
