Abstract EN

This study provides a description and analysis of the mechanisms for implementing electronic management and its applications used in the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture - Ithra.

As one of the most important cultural centers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, where the use of electronic systems in cultural centers and institutions helps in the sustainable development of the center itself, and the state.

Therefore, the study tried to answer a basic question: How efficient is the implementation of electronic management in the King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture - Ithra? The study used the descriptive analytical method.

The study tool used was the questionnaire.

The results showed approval of the electronic management practices and mechanisms currently applied in the Ithra Center, and the positive and negative effects of the quality of services and information resulting from the application of electronic management in the center, as well as approval of recommendations and proposals that could improve the quality of electronic management in the Ithra Center.

The study reached a set of recommendations, including: Paying attention to training and professional development systems and programs for employees according to their needs, in order to achieve the goals of the institution, and any new changes that are reflected in the goals of the institution.

And the development of new administrative systems that achieve the efficiency and effectiveness of the outputs of the institution in light of the goals that have been set on the one hand, and the investment of applications and software of the technological revolution on the other hand.
