تعتبر هذه الدراسة بحثا جادا يرمي إلى التعريف بواحدة من الاتفاقيات التي أبرمت بين الإيطاليين والعثمانيين، استنادا إلى ما عرف لدى الأروبيين باقتسام تركة الرجل المريض، في إشارة صاغرة للدولة العثمانية وما أصابها من ضعف، وللأسف فإن النتيجة النهائية لهذه الاتفاقية قضت بدخول الإيطاليين إلى ليبيا.
Abstract EN
This study is considered a serious research aimed at introducing one of the agreements concluded between the Italians and the ottomans, based on what was known among the Europeans to share the legacy of the sick man, in a small reference to the ottoman empire and its weakness.
unfortunately, the final result of this agreement required the entry of the Italians into Libya.
