تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بإحدى أهم المصادر التاريخية في تدوين أمجاد و بطولات الشعب الجزائري في مقاومته ضد الاستعمار الفرنسي، ألا وهي الأغنية الوطنية الشعبية و الشعر الملحون، الذي لعب دورا بارزا في نشر الوعي الوطني و السياسي في أوساط الجزائريين خلال الفترة الاستعمارية.

وذلك من خلال عمله على زرع الحماس الوطني في نفوسهم، و تأجيج عواطفهم الدينية للوقوف في وجه الاستعمار، لاسيما في مرحلة الثورة التحريرية الكبرى، التي حظيت بتسخير المئات من الفنانين و الشعراء الجزائريين لأقلامهم و أصواتهم خدمة لها و دفاعا عن أهدافها و مبادئها

English Abstract

The study is aiming to presentone of the most important historical source which records the glories and championships of Algerian peapleagainst French colonialism.

This source is the Patriotic Folk Songand LyricPoetry which participated deeply in the spreading of political awarenessamong Algerians during that era.

This latter helped to spread the national enthusiasm in the souls and erected their religious sentiments to stand up to colonialism; especially during Independence Revolution which was adopted and portried by many Algerian artists and poets who defended its objectives and principles
