This research shows the effect of poetic license in the preference between the Basri and the Kufic according to Abu Al-Barakat Al-Anbari in his book Al-Insaaf in issues of disagreement, where poetry is one of the most important sources of linguistic protest; Therefore, the grammarians relied on it in setting the rules of Arabic grammar, and the Basrians and the Kufics argued with it to prove the validity of what they went to when there was a difference in proving or denying a ruling.

The research contains: an introduction and two chapters, the first topic: the position of grammarians on poetic license, And the second topic: the issues that poetic license had an impact on the weighting of Abu Al-Barakat Al-Anbari in his book Al-Insaaf in the issues
