Abstract EN

The Study aimed at identifying the effect of E-learning in deliveing the knowledge to undergraduate Qudents at the University of Tabuk from the faculty member's perspec- tive.

To achieve this goal, the descriptive-analytical approach was used, the Study's questionnaire, which consisted of 3 axes and in- cluded 34 paragraphs, was applied to a random sample consisted of 37 faculty members at the College of Sharia and Regulations during the second semester of the academic year 2020/2021.

The Study revealed that the readiness of the College of Sha- ria and Regulations at the University of Tabuk for the E-learning process, and the level of Oudents' interaction in the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk with E-learn- ing process came to a high average, while the focus of the eval- uation of faculty members at the College of Sharia and Regula- tions at the University of Tabuk for E-learning process came with a medium average.

The Study concluded that there were no Qatis- tically significant differences at the significance level (0.05) in the level of E-learning effectiveness in the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk, and on the dimensions of the Qudy due to the gender variable, in favor of females, while there were no Qatiétically significant differences at the level of significance ( 0.05) in the level of E-learning effectiveness at the College of Sharia and Regulations at the University of Tabuk, and on the same dimensions attributed to the variable years of work at the University of Tabuk.

In light of the results obtained, a set of recommendations were proposed, including the dissemination of electronic culture among Students and faculty members to achieve the greatest de- gree of interaction with E-learning.
