Abstract EN

This study aims to find out the role of empowering workers in achieving creativity, The questionnaire was distributed as a tool to measure this relationship on a random sample of (39) workers of the Maghreb Paipe Foundation in M'sila.

Accordingly, the results of the field study found that there is no correlation between the dimensions of empowering workers and achieving creativity, and the existence of statistically significant differences due to personal variables that contribute to the achievement of creativity at the level of the institution in question.
