The study aimed to try to develop community participation in the light of the transformational leadership of the social worker through; Attempting to identify aspects of the social worker's practice of transformational leadership behaviors with members of the civil association to develop their community participation, such as identifying aspects of the social worker's taking risks, giving a spirit of challenge, freedom to inquire, communicating effectively With the members of the civil society, where the importance of studying aspects of the social worker's practice of transformational leadership behaviors with members of the civil society is that; It is one of the neglected topics related to the social worker and the field of social work at the same time.

As this identification may contribute to reaching an understanding of the nature of the relationship between NGOs and beneficiary groups and the extent of the capabilities of these groups to participate in decision-making.

Descriptive, then the field study relied on the case study method, using a questionnaire tool applied to the members of the civil society, in addition to direct observation of the study community through; Standardized individual interviews, then; The combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis of the results of the field study.

The results of the study concluded that there are a number of different results for the manifestations of the practice of transformational leadership behaviors by the social worker with members of the civil society, where the weakness of the manifestations of taking risks, and in contrast the strength of the manifestations of the practice of the behaviors of giving the spirit of challenge, and then the discrepancy is mediated Aspects of freedom of inquiry in the association, and another weakness in the manifestations of communicating effectively, so the study suggested a future vision for the development of community participation in the light of those results using the transformational leadership variable in NGOs.
