Abstract EN

Intellectual deviations have increased in the present time, but the disciplines of Sharia and jurisprudence in particular are not incapable of facing these deviations.

The importance of this research lies in showing the interest of Sharia in intellectual security through jurisprudential branches.

In addition, the discussion of these issues is a response to everyone who accuses Sharia of falling short of understanding new events or offering effective solutions to them.

In the study, the accepted approach in studying jurisprudential issues according to the four schools of thought are adopted.

The author has indicated the ones favored and the reason for favoring them, followed by the jurisprudential impact of the issue in the consolidation of intellectual security.

This paper consists of an introduction, two sections and a conclusion that contains the most important findings of the research.
