Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى أثر الريادة الإستراتيجية في الأداء المستدام للجامعات الخاصة في المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية التفكير الرشيق متغيرا وسيطا و التحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم اختيار رؤساء الجامعات و نوابهم و العمداء و رؤساء الأقسام الأكاديمية في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة، و البالغ عددهم (490) أكاديمي، مجتمعا للدراسة، و تم أخذ عينة عشوائية طبقية تناسبية بلغ حجمها (249) أكاديمي، و تشكل ما نسبته ( 51% ) من أصل مجتمع الدراسة.
و استخدمت الاستبانة التي تم تطويرها في ضوء الدراسات السابقة و معلومات الإطار النظري، أداة رئيسية في جمع البيانات و المعلومات و حللت باستخدام أساليب الإحصاء الوصفي و الاستدلالي عن طريق تحليل المسار Path Analysis باستخدام أنموذج المعادلة المهيكلة Structural Equation Model من خلال برنامج 23.AMOS V و توصلت الدراسة إلى نتائج كان من أهمها أن تصورات القيادات في الجامعات الأردنية الخاصة حسب قيم الأوساط الحسابية لمتغير الريادة الإستراتيجية و متغير الأداء المستدام و متغير التفكير الرشيق جاءت جميعها بدرجة مرتفعة، و أن هناك أثرا ذا دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى الدلالة (0.05 = a للريادة الاستراتيجية بأبعادها مجتمعة إدارة الفرص الريادية و إدارة الموارد الريادية و الثقافة الريادية و القيادة الريادية) في الأداء المستدام بأبعاده مجتمعة الابتكار التنظيمي و المرونة التنظيمية و البراعة التنظيمية) في الجامعات الخاصة الأردنية.
و في إطار النتائج التي تم التوصل اليها توصي الدراسة بما يلي : 1.
زيادة الاستثمار في العلاقة بين ممارسات الريادة الإستراتيجية و الأداء المستدام بوجود التفكير الرشيق ؛ لأنها تحقق أعلى مستويات التكامل الأدائي و الاداري.

زيادة الاستثمار في العلاقة بين ممارسات الريادة الإستراتيجية و التفكير الرشيق ؛ لأنها تحقق أعلى مستويات التكامل المعرفي و السلوكي.
3.
زيادة الاستثمار في العلاقة بين ممارسات التفكير الرشيق و عناصر الآداء المستدام ؛ لأنها تحقق أعلى مستويات التكامل العملي و التطبيقي.

English Abstract
The study aimed to identify the impact of strategic entrepreneurship on the sustainable performance of private universities in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan: lean thinking as a mediator variable.
To achieve the objective of the study, university presidents, vice presidents, deans, and heads of academic departments in Jordanian private universities in total of the (490) academic as a study population, and a proportional stratified random sample of (249) academic were taken from the study population, and constituted (51%) of the study population.
The questionnaire, which was developed in the light of previous studies and the information of the theoretical framework, used a main tool in collecting data and information, and was analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics methods by analyzing the path analysis by using the structured equation model through the AMOS V.23 program.
The results revealed that the perceptions of leaders in private Jordanian universities about the values of the mean of the variable of strategic entrepreneurship, the variable of sustainable performance, and the variable of lean thinking all were in a high degree.
Furthermore, there was a statistically significant impact at the level of significance (α = 0.05) of strategic entrepreneurship (management of entrepreneurial opportunities, management of entrepreneurial resources, entrepreneurial culture, and entrepreneurial leadership) in sustainable performance (organizational innovation, organizational flexibility, and organizational prowess) in Jordanian private universities.
The study recommends : 1.
Increased investment in the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship practices and sustainable performance with lean thinking; because it achieves the highest levels of performance and administrative integration 2.
Increasing investment in the relationship between strategic entrepreneurship practices and lean thinking because it achieves the highest levels of cognitive and behavioral integration.
3.
Increasing the investment in the relationship between lean thinking practices and elements of sustainable performance because it achieves the highest levels of practical and applied integration.
