The study aims to determine the impact of Job embeddedness on thriving at work, workplace bullying on thriving at work and determine the impact of the moderator variable workplace bullying on the relationship between job embeddedness and thriving at work.

Also, to know the significance differences of job embeddedness, workplace bullying and thriving at work as for the higher, middle, supervisional administrative levels and paternal jobs.

To know the significance differences of job embeddedness, workplace bullying and thriving at work food industry companies in 6 october city.

To achieve this objective a questionnaire has been developed and distributed to a sample consists of 400 employees on food industry companies in 6 october city, of which 375 were valid for statistical analysis.
