This research aims to measure the impact of structural capital on job performance by applying to the packaging sector.

Using the SPSS program for statistical analysis, the research concluded that there is a significant effect of structural capital on improving job performance in the packaging sector in Egypt.

and to achieve the objectives of the study, a survey questionnaire was designed and distributed to the companies' 300 leaders, and 283 of them were retrieved, valid for analysis and research.
