Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to study the impact of ethical behaviors on Information and Communication Technology, and the researcher used the descriptive analytical approach and therefore designed a survey list as a key tool for data collection, distributed after a random stratified sample was selected with single number (268) workers in the education sector.

The researcher found that there is a statistically significant effect of applying ethical behaviors to the management of Information and Communication Technology in the education sector, and recommended the researcher adopt a number of ethical behaviors as an entry point for managing Information and Communication Technology and improving its performance.
