The study aimed to identify the impact of transformational leadership dimensions on the formation of excellence in organizational performance in the National Oil Corporation.

The study relied on the descriptive analytical approach, where the opinions of a sample of (320) individuals were surveyed, and the results of the study concluded that the interest in applying transformational leadership dimensions can explain the change in organizational capacity development by 38.01% , and explains the change in the standard of promoting creativity and innovation by 14.59% , and explains the change in the standard of management with flexibility and adaptation to change by 27.89% , and it can explain the change in the standard of adding value for the benefit of customers by 17.01% , and explain the change in the standard of building a sustainable future by 24.08% .

The standard of maintaining results by 10.66% , and the researcher recommended taking the results that have been clarified, especially the equations for predicting the level of formation of excellence in performance in light of a work environment characterized by many other problems resulting from factors, as it is possible from the dimensions of transformational leadership that these problems can be faced through influence Ideal for leadership, inspirational motivation, intellectual arousal and individual consideration.
