The research aims to show the role of electronic collaboration technologies in enhancing organizational power among a sample represented (department manager, section responsible, unit responsible) in the Presidency of the Northern Technical University.

A set of questions has been formulated that constitute the research problem, including the availability of electronic collaboration technologies in the researched organization.

as (40) forms were distributed, and the data was analyzed using the (SPSS) program and the research hypotheses were tested.

The conclusions reached by the research are the diversity of electronic collaboration technologies used by the administrative leaders in the organization in question, and the most commonly used technologies included e-mail and video conferences, and the research presented proposals including enhancing interest electronic collaboration technologies are among the most influential factors in enhancing organizational power in the research organization.
