Abstract EN

The spread of COFID-19 has affected all aspects of life in modern times plague and other epidemics throughout Islamic history, Which chronicles its occurrence, and from this standpoint.

This research highlighted the role of the Islamic State in confronting the prowess in the Levant from the first century of Hijri.

Until the end of the Umayyad State, the research plan contained three themes: The first: Al-Sham is known for the plagues, and the second: the most famous plagues in Al-Sham until the end of the Umayyad State era, and the third: The Islamic State's actions to confront the plagues, followed by the conclusion, which included the findings of the research.

The researcher followed the scientific research methodology based on inference and conclusion, as well as the analytical approach using Arab sources relevant to the time of the research.
