This study focuses on searching for arguments in speeches that interlocutors mean for persuade, which are found in "paradise of Thoms" by Taha Hussein.

this study comes in two parts, preceded by an introduction and preface about the concept of arguments, followed by a brief of the book.

the first part of the study is an applied study of arguments and their techniques in the introduction of the book.

the second part is another applied study of arguments in prose pieces / epigrams that are found in the book.

the study ends with a conclusion of the results of the study, followed by sources and references.
