Abstract EN

SADC group, by this research deals with the evaluation of economic performance in presenting the factors that most affect the group’s economy .the most important of these factors is the problems of coordinating the internal policies the issues of industrial development, and the similarity of the production structures in SADC, in addition to the role of the economic relations of sadc countries with the countries of the outside world, which have turned into a state of dependence on the countries of the old colonizer, in the form of partnership agreement.

this in parallel with the heavy reliance on foreign aid from international institutions and organizations, and the repercussions of those links on the political and economic dicision-making of SADC countries, against the background of the pressure exerted by countries with stronger economies on weak economies, while distributive problems are considered one of the most serious problems of African communities, especially SADC, due to the severe disparity in the distribution of benefits and the commitments between stronger economies that have something to offer to the community, and weaker economies that aspire to obtain the benefits of integration as a solution to their development problrms.

despite the seriousness of this problem, it remained without objective solutions, and the solutions presented were aimed at completing the protocol form of the assembly without activating corrective and compensatory steps to treat that problem.

in the same context, the political and economic control of the state of south Africa emerges, as one of the features.
