Abstract EN

The study aims to put proposed mechanisms to develop job satisfaction among middle school teachers in Kuwait through Recognizing the conceptual framework of job-satisfaction, revealing the influential factors on job-satisfaction among teachers, determining the most important aspects of satisfaction and dissatisfaction among teachers, recognizing the constraints of job-satisfaction development among middle school teachers in Kuwait.

The research depended on the Descriptive Research Method.

The research concluded with some proposed mechanisms which contribute to job-satisfaction development among middle school teachers in Kuwait as the following Practicing administration from on ethical perspective, using the stimulation method, practicing the human value, involving in taking- decisions, efficiency in time management, using various administrative style, maximizing human relationships and respecting and appreciation of teachers.
