Abstract EN

The study aimed to identify the level of dimensions of psychological burnout dimensions and dimensions of psychological hardness among nursing practitioners of both sexes, and also aimed to identify the form of the relationship between the dimensions of the variables of burnout and psychological hardness, as well as the differences between male and female nurse practitioners in the dimensions of the variables of burnout and psychological hardness.

This study was conducted on a sample of (167) nursing practitioners (males and females) working with corona patients from Chest Hospitals, Health Insurance and Minya University Hospital, whose ages ranged from (20-45) years with an average age of (26, 27) and a standard deviation.

(8, 3), Where they were selected in the light of demographic variables (age, gender, education, and place of residence), the researcher used the functional psychological burnout scale and the psychological hardness scale, and the results indicated a significant inverse relationship between commitment and each of: (exhaustion, low efficiency, and psychological burnout), And the ence of an intrinsic relationship with the devaluation of work, and the ence of an intrinsic relationship between the challenge and each of: exhaustion, low efficiency, and psychological burnout except for the decrease in the value of work.
