Environmental migration is one of the most widespread phenomena in recent times, which represents a real challenge to human security, environmental security and sustainable development for the countries hosting environmental refugees, in the ence of legal regulation of environmental migration and therefore the lack of regulation of the relationship between human rights of which the environmental refugee is a part, between the economic, social, and political burdens on the host country.
