Abstract EN

This article aims to identify the extent of the importance of open sources as a new mechanism imposed by NTIC in the academic field that constitutes the knowledge society, and this is through an analytical methodology through which we dedicate new concepts in a unified knowledge framework and integrate them into the knowledge accumulation of ways to build a knowledge society by identifying previous perceptions and the new implications of these concepts through modern uses and future perceptions of the latter, through which we seek to develop practical recommendations for building an integrated and interactive academic community with the knowledge society system.
