Abstract EN

The aim of this research is to build an enrichment program in the light of scenario-based learning to develop the science students- teachers’ teaching skills for creativity and their attitude towards the teaching profession at the faculty of education- Ain-Shams university.

to achieve this goal, the researchers followed the following procedures: preparing a list of appropriate teaching skills for creativity for students- teachers of science at the college of education, preparing the program in the light of scenario-based learning to develop participants' teaching skills for creativity and their attitude towards the teaching profession.

preparing the assessment tools represented in the teaching skills for creativity scale and the attitude towards the teaching profession scale, then field experimentation, ending with data monitoring and statistical processing, down to the research results, interpretation, and discussion.

conducting the results of the study showed the effectiveness of the enrichment program built in the light of scenario-based learning to develop teaching skills for creativity and the attitude towards the teaching profession among students- teachers of sciences at the college of education.
