humanity on jurisprudential rulings, such as its effect on the waiting period and divorce suspended on childbirth, its effect on purity, its effect on the punishment resulting from the felony, and the effect of starting life on the ruling on benefiting from aborted fetuses-spontaneously, intentionally, or for a therapeutic necessity-and the ruling on benefiting from the brainless fetus and the surplus fetuses.
