Abstract EN

The idea of research is based on a study of the poem " Fadhl Legha Al-arabia" in the diwan "Thoughts of Life" by Sheikh Mohammed al-Khader Hussein, a rhetorical study, to illustrate the rhetorical methods used by the Sheikh in highlighting and defending the virtue of the Arabic language.

The approach of this study is the descriptive analytical approach, in which the poem was divided into ideas and then analysed rhetorically.

The nature of the research required that it includes an introduction and a preface and then the chapter of the rhetorical study, which included several thoughts, the first: thought and indication and the relationship to say them, the second: literature and its fondness of it, the third: the literary Arabic language and the early Ar, especially Quraysh, the fourth: the honor of the literary Arabic with which the Qur'an descended, the fifth: the influence of literary Arabic on non-Ar, the sixth: time reaps on the literary Arabic and the sheikh defends it, seventh: He preferred to mention the survival of the classical, and the eighth: the role of Egypt as an institute in the life of the literary Arabic.

Then she stood critically with the poem and followed the study with a conclusion that included the most important results of the research.
