In light of the societal interest in comprehensive development in north Sinai governorate, it has become imperative to develop a strategic plan for the university of Arish coinciding with the implementation stages of north Sinai development plans, especially with the absence of an approved plan for the university of el-Arish towards the development pillars in north Sinai, which is supposed to include steps and paths that would support and success in implementing the stages of the development plan and standing ready to meet its requirements in a timely manner, with the aim of reaching procedures and steps for designing a strategic plan for the university of el-Arish that suits the current stage of the development movement in the local community.
