Abstract EN

The study aimed to develop the educational diploma program at the university of hail by benefiting from the educational diploma program at the university of Victoria in Australia.

the study used the comparative method ; this is done by making a comparison between the two programs and identifying the similarities and differences between each of them ; and then determine the aspects of the benefit.

the study found a multiplicity of similarities between both programs, especially with regard to some objectives, where the two programs are similar in terms of developing the skills and abilities of students to perform their roles as teachers in educational institutions, in addition to providing them with experiences of dealing with students in the educational and non-educational aspects, and providing them with educational knowledge and theories to develop their educational practices.

in some admission requirements, such as setting specific conditions for student registration, the most important of which is obtaining a university qualification, health safety, freedom from diseases, and payment of tuition fees.

and their agreement on the duration of the study, which amounts to an academic year, while they differ in terms of origin, as the educational diploma program at the university of Victoria was the oldest, as it was established in 1997, while the educational program at the university of hail was established in the year.

while we do not notice any effect of religion in the educational diploma program at the university of Victoria, they also differ about the management of the program.
