Abstract EN

This study is considered one of the descriptive studies, which aims to determine the level of digital transformation in NGOs.

this goal can be determined through the following dimensions : a-strategic planning, b-infrastructure for the use of networks and the internet, c-information technology training, as well as determining the level of achieving institutional excellence in associations eligibility : this goal can be determined through the following dimensions : a-leadership excellence.

b-human excellence.

c-service excellence (providing services of value to clients), determining the relationship between digital transformation and achieving institutional excellence in NGOs, and identifying the difficulties facing digital transformation to achieve institutional excellence in NGOs.

the study used the social survey method, and the study reached the following results : the requirements of digital transformation in NGOs came high, which makes us accept the first hypothesis of the study, and that the level of institutional excellence in NGOs was high, which makes us accept the second hypothesis of the study, and there is a direct statistically significant relationship at the level of significance (0.01) between the relationship between the requirements of digital transformation as a mechanism to achieve institutional excellence in private associations, which makes us accept the third hypothesis of the study.
