The problem of the current study was determining the level of intellectual capital among young people as a variable in making social welfare policies for Egyptian youth, the study aims were : 1.

this study was a descriptive / analytical studies.

the social survey method was used with a simple random sample for young beneficiaries of the Desouq youth center in Kafr el-Sheikh governorate, who numbered (270) individuals, as well as the comprehensive social survey approach for the officials of the Desouq youth department and Desouq youth center in Kafr el-Sheikh governorate, who numbered (87) individuals, the data collection tools were : a questionnaire form for youth and a questionnaire form for officials.

one of the most important results of the study is the presentation of a proposed planning vision for making alternative social welfare policies for Egyptian youth in the light of intellectual capital.
