Abstract EN

The current study belongs to the type of analytical descriptive studies, which aimed to determine the level of professional performance of social workers working in family courts from the point of view of the social workers themselves, and to determine the effects of professional burdens on social workers working in family courts from the point of view of the social workers themselves, and to determine the causes of the professional burdens of working social workers in family courts from the point of view of social workers themselves, as well as determining the relationship between the professional burdens of social workers working in family courts in its various dimensions (workload, wages and rewards, organizational structure, work environment) and their professional performance, and working to identify the differences between the professional burdens of specialists social workers working in family courts and their professional performance, which are due to personal characteristics such as (gender, age, level of education, number of years of experience, marital status), in order to reach results that help to develop recommendations that may reduce the causes of professional burdens for social workers working in family courts and alleviate of its effects, the study used the method of the comprehensive social study, and the study reached to test all its hypotheses.
