Abstract EN

The aim of the research is to determine the requirements of strategic thinking for administrative leaders in the general secondary stage in light of the knowledge economy as the study seeks to achieve the following goals.

the researcher used the descriptive approach to achieve the research objectives.

a questionnaire consisting of (64) women was applied to (230) teachers in some secondary schools in the governorates of Cairo, Giza, Alexandria, and Menoufia.

the study reached the following results: based on the foregoing various visions, the availability of strategic thinking among administrative leaders is clear according to three dimensions: organized thinking, creativity, and a medium degree vision.

as it becomes clear the availability of the second axis: the knowledge economy of the administrative leaders in the general secondary stage and the third axis: the requirements of strategic thinking of the administrative leaders in the general secondary stage in the light of the knowledge economy to a medium degree also and in light of that some recommendations were presented.
