Abstract EN

This study came to take care of the prophetic texts, as it dealt with the topic: Fundamentalist applications on the hadiths of marriage and dowry from the book "Umdat al-Ahkam min Kalam Khair al-Anam" by al-Hafiz: al-Maqdisi, divided according to hadiths, and included mentioning the relevant texts, and showing what it contained of fundamentalist minutes mentioned by commentators.

The hadith or ijtihaad devising applications that they did not mention.

As it is one of the most important factors in achieving the desired fruit and goal of the science of jurisprudence, and the practice of fundamentalist application is a development of the fundamentalist's faculty in scrutiny and application.
