To the surface concepts related to technical applications and practices that support media work emerge in an unprecedented acceleration, as the matter is directly related to the characteristics of the new technology that make it ever-evolving, leaving theorizing in this framework standing in front of serious challenges in order to identify the desired effects and the actual impact of the production and use processes.

This study stands at the news function of a special, modern and renewed form of online journalism, mobile journalism, and the research aims to reveal the uses related to the news function of this media form among a sample of media students at the University of Tebessa, as well as the satisfactions achieved from that use.
