Alienation is a critical turning point for administrative systems of societies who have to deal with it without damages.

In fact, overcoming this serious turn requires a good management and many other factors.

Experience and high skills are mainly demanded too.

So, beginners, unqualified people or even those who have the ability for alienation may face up to several difficulties.

Thus, this paper, adopting a descriptive approach, is tackling alienation starting with some elementary notions in order to understand the whole subject then to discuss it deeply.

That it will ease the process of indexing and cross-referencing.
