This article treat the phenomenon of globalization and its repercussions on Third World countries in general, and Arab countries in particular.
As a result, it has become clear that the greatest challenge facing these countries is that of science and technology.
From there, the educational policy adopted by the Arab countries becomes one of the main challenges to face the threats of globalization and its drifts, even more since the human factor depends the future and the development of future generations and their prosperity.

Cet article traite du phénomène de la mondialisation et ses répercussions sur les pays du tiers monde en générale, et des pays arabes en particulier.
De ce fait, il est devenu évident que le plus grand défi qu'affronteront ces pays, est celui des sciences et de la technologie.
De là, la politique éducative adoptée par les pays arabes devient l'un des principaux enjeux pour affronter les menaces de la mondialisation et ses dérives, d'autant plus que du facteur humain dépend l'avenir et l'épanouissement des générations futurs et leur civilisation…
