Arabic Abstract
هدفت الدراسة تعرف اتجاهات طلبة مرحلة التعليم الأساسية نحو العمل التطوعي في مديرية التربية و التعليم لمنطقة القصر.
و تكون مجتمع الدراسة من طلبة مرحلة التعليم الأساسية بمديرية التربية و التعليم لمنطقة القصر، حيث بلغ عددهم (4727) طالباً و طالبة.
تم اختيار عينة طبقية تناسبية ممثلة من مجتمع الدراسة (طلبة مرحلة التعليم الأساسية) بلغت (472) طالباً و طالبة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة اشتملت على (43) فقرة تقيس اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل التطوعي موزعة على مجالات الدراسة الأربعة و هي : المجال الاجتماعي و المجال الصحي، و المجال التعليمي و المجال البيئي.
و للتحقق من صدق أداة الدراسة تم عرض الأداة على (10) محكمين من ذوي الاختصاص من أعضاء هيئة التدريس العاملين بجامعة مؤتة و العاملين.
الشباب و مدرسين مادة التربية الاجتماعية و الوطنية و العاملين بالأعمال التطوعية، و للتحقق من ثبات الأداة تم تطبيقها على عينة استطلاعية مكونة من (50) طالباً و طالبة و بلغ معامل الثبات الكلي للأداة (94) وفق معادلة (كودر ريتشاردسون KR20).
و أظهرت نتائج الدارسة أن اتجاهات الطلبة نحو العمل التطوعي على كافة المجالات بشكل عام كان بمستوى متوسط كما أظهرت نتائج التحليل عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات اتجاهات الطلبة تعزى للنوع الاجتماعي على كافة المجالات باستثناء المجال الاجتماعي، إذ وجدت فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات اتجاهات الطلبة تعزى لمستواهم التعليمي، حيث كانت الفروق بين متوسطي اتجاهات الصف الثامن و الصف العاشر و لصالح الصف العاشر و خلصت الدراسة إلى العديد من التوصيات و من أهمها غرس ثقافة التطوع في نفوس الشباب منذ سن الطفولة، و إضافة أنشطة تطوعية للمناهج و خاصة للصفوف الأولى.
English Abstract
This study aimed at investigating the students’ attitudes towards voluntary work in the basic education stage in the Educational Directorate of Al-Qasir.
The study population comprises all male and female students of the basic education stage in the Educational Directorate of Al-Qasir which was (4727) of both male and female students, a proportional representative stratified sample was selected from the study population which consisted of (472) female and male students from (the basic education stage).
In order to achieve the goals of the study, a questionnaire was developed, it included (43) items that measure the students attitudes towards voluntary work m the items were classified in to four domains; the social, health, educational and environmental., the questionnaire validity was assured by a panel of judges from, the faculty members of Mutah University, those who work with youth in voluntary work and teachers of Social and National subject matter who work in voluntary works.
The reliability of the questionnaire was estimated by KR20 as applied on a pilot study of (50) male and female students.
The reliability coefficient was (0.94).
The results of the study showed that students’ attitudes towards voluntary work on all domains in general were on average.
Using 2-Way ANOVA to test the differences between students’ attitudes toward the voluntary work, the analysis showed that there were no significant statistical differences between the students’ attitudes that can be attributed to gender, student’s academic level, and/or the interaction between the two independent variables on all domains except the social domain where the tenth graders’ attitudes were positively higher than those of eighth graders.
The study recommended enhancing voluntary culture in curricula and school environment by, providing additional voluntary activities, especially in the basic education stage.
