The subject of Judicial interdiction is an important paractical issue, given its relation to the iligibility of people, as it is linked to an important category of society, namely the category of minors and those interdicted.

it is socially related to providing care for them, and it is closely related to their financial dealings as it limits their eligibility and prevents them from disposing of their money.

it also raises many problems on the practical side due to the lack of legal teats regulating its procedures in Algerian low, which has resulted in gaps that must be filled, and the contradictions between some of its teats have be come burdeusome to litigants and prevent the achievement of the goals Fos which it was found.

by addressing the concept of quarantine its causes and procedures, this article seeks to monitor its problems and suggests some solutions.
