Age (30-39 years), (40-49 years), (50- and over( The research community included the faculty members at the University of Anbar for the academic year (2020/2021), whose number is (1669), of whom (1408) are teachers, and (261) are teaching, from whom a sample of (400) male and female teachers were chosen.

By preparing the academic identity scale, verifying its psychometric properties, and after using appropriate statistical means, the research reached the following results: - The faculty members have a high academic identity and are statistically significant- There are no statistically significant differences in the academic identity of faculty members according to the gender variable (males - females), and the results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences in the academic identity of faculty members according to the variable of specialization (human - scientific) and in favor of the human, as well.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in academic identity according to the academic title variable (M.
