This study aims to monitor the reality of banking work in Algeria under the technological capabilities available and try to provide solutions that will strengthen the march of Algerian banks in the development of their electronic services in line with what prevails in the global banking arena.

The study has reached several results, the most important of which is that Algeria has significant technological capabilities covering all the necessary necessities required to strengthen electronic banking work but remains below the required level, which makes Algerian banks face several difficulties preventing It provides innovative and diverse services to customers.

Algerian banks are currently offering a significant range of electronic banking services that largely mimic the needs of their customers.
