Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to know the role of crisis management in overcoming the impact of the Corona crisis within the Higher Education Institution, in application at the University of Basra, and the study community consists of all faculty members and workers at Basra University.

Samples by choosing the simple sampling method in selecting the individuals of the sample.

The number of the members of the selected sample reached about 320 forms.

The number of correct forms that were used in the analysis reached 300 forms.

The researcher adopted the descriptive analytical approach as a method for conducting the current study, and the spss program was also applied to reach the most important results.

one of the most important findings of this study was the high level of early detection of crises at the university from the point of view.
